It's on their first LP...

Rod Stewart, and it as to be his worst, how bad can that be Ken?,well i aint posting it up,unless you want?,but not recomended listening

There's a terrific version on the 1969 "Delaney & Bonnie & Friends On Tour With Eric Clapton" album. Really tears it up, with "Slowhand" at his not inconsiderable best here.

I really love D & B, one of the most soulful duos of all time as anyone who has their Stax and Elektra albums will surely concur...

TONE

I have a Delaney and Bonnie album because it has Little Richard on it. I must give it a listen one day.

Bad Habits, Rod Stewart, Amen Corner ..I'd be really greatful for soundfiles if anyone has them (send 'em privately so save any embarrassment maybe)

It's for sale by the way if anyone needs it. £15 including shipping.

Absolutely love Little Richard's version, one of my all-time faves. Lots of nice tunes by him from that same time... "I Need Love", "Get Down With It", "Land Of A Thousand Dances"... total mayhem. And then slightly later on Brunswick... love his "Try Some Of Mine", top funky stuff.

Isn't there a version on the rhinoceros label or by a band called rhinoceros? A British thing. Could be my memory playing tricks....

Thanks for the versions... I think I knew about Rod Stewart and had blocked it from my mind (shudders).

Bad Habits version suggests a Country influence rather than a Soul one. Cooper/Beatty/Shelby wrote it . Was GRT a Southern label?
