Used to have an issue myself Pete .bought it from Picton Street in Bristol(RCA.record collectors accessories) after hearing/seeing it(maybe Catacombs) Searling actually played it at Wigan ,not sure but Steve Glover may have had it first?

think i payed thirty pence for it,got many British issues from there over the years, all unplayed library copies

Cheers Steve, this must be very very rare, don't think much of it as a record but it's certainly one I've never seen before.  The only one in Popsike this this one I bought last week.  Â£29.

Picked up 16 mint demos from a shop in Colchester in the late 80s, but never seen a stock copy, so agree, its a rare one for sure.

I agree, must be quite rare. I've seen one but not mine, which is a Demo.

As a fellow British collector......it's awful(IMHO)

The flip is more listenable as a cover of Randy Newman's Simon Smith and His Amazing Dancing Bear made famous by former Animal Alan Price.

Never went big and I can see why!

Rare though Pete.....

It's sounds like theme from a midweek sports show on BBC2 in the 60's

I remember it being played at both the Mecca and Wigan but only for a week or two and then it disappeared....

Ian :)

What a pile of poo! and even if it did get played at Wigan why would you play it now.

Thousands upon thousands of proper SOUL records out there to play.

I despair i really do.
