Blank Labeled The Casultars. Any One Know This?

Hey hows it going? I picked up this blank test pressing yesterday and can't seem to find any information on it. I don't recognize either song and hoping someone can sort it out for me.

 

The sleeve was hand labeled The Casultars "Just For You" b/w "This Is A Mean World" etched in the runoff grooves is Autumn 21A and also "delta symbol"59277 followed by three dots. Both sides of the disc are in the sound file below. Thanks for any help. Mark
