Sorry if this has been done before but last couple of records I've had fro US

have been held by post office and stung for tax. Not happened before.

Are their certain states where this happens? Or just having a run of bad luck?

i always ask the seller to state a low figure on the postal slip never had one refuse yet on mainly cheap stuff
