Greety Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 The copy on JM's auction went for around three hundred pounds.
Tlscapital Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Anyone got any idea the worth of I love my baby international GTOs on other side it's been raining in my heart. Promotional copy. ROJAC label. Thank you Don't think the promo (even though rarer) would attract more anyon or even affect it's street price value that is £200 & + if condition is sparkling !
Patto Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Old mate of mine came round recently to show me one of these thinking he had an original.Had to tell him it was the lookalike 70s boot so make sure its the real deal before you try and sell
Guest Carole Levick Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Cheers. I've checked the dead wax and it has stamps so hopefully
Patto Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Sounds good Carole Original Vinyl has a stamped Bell Sound matrix in the Deadwax.
Dazdakin Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Original is also vinyl, boot is styrene and it is also dog rare and for once jm lost out on that one. Much rarer than most believe. Dazz

Chalky Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 I'd want £200/250 for an issue. I agree with Pete I'd easily want £300 for a demo.
Guest Carole Levick Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Thanks guys. Still unsure I need to get the magnifier on it. I'm being told its a boot as code is100300 so I'm confused but thank you
Guest Carole Levick Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Bell sound matrix what does that look like pls
Modernsoulsucks Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 It should have a stamp in run-out groove saying "Bell Sound" not P.B. Also if original it's condition will affect value. Just seen Patto mentioned this. ROD
Pete S Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Thanks guys. Still unsure I need to get the magnifier on it. I'm being told its a boot as code is100300 so I'm confused but thank you Carole - is it styrene or vinyl? (Styrene - thin unflexible plastic which would crack if you bent it, and you can peel the label off ; vinyl, more flexible, and you cannot remove the label) If it is styrene, in the run off it will have a triangle and a number after it - 100300 means that it was pressed in 1976, and is therefore a bootleg. If it is vinyl, and has the initials p.b. in the run off, it is a counterfeit. If it is vinyl and does NOT have p.b. scratched in the run off, it is an original.
Pete S Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Bell sound matrix what does that look like pls It's like handwriting saying just that - Bell Sound
Patto Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 (edited) Hi Carole Is The Record made out of Styrene. Has it got a stick on label that you could get your nail under and peel off Just seen Petes post 15 perfect sum up should tell you all you need to know Edited November 13, 2014 by Patto
Guest Carole Levick Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Thank you so much everyone. It has a triangle and 100300. I can feel the edge of the label so yeah I think you are all right bootleg. I'll make sure when I sell it I'll put all the codes etc and at least I am being honest. Again thank you
