A not too Shabby Gene Chandler on Mercury

& I wouldent couldent change anything about

It although just sometimes the fashion does

Bids on this, which used to be another cheapo tune, seem to have taken off over recent months.

There again it is a proper Northern record, without exposure.

I bought mine from the King Bee sales boxes for a quid, some years ago.

Often a source of bargains in the past, i just wished I bought that UK demo of

"cuz it's you girl" for twenty quid at the same time, ahh well.

One I've only got on a LP (People UK) I think ? , which I've had since it came out in the early 70's , cost me about 19/6 :lol: . Used to play this track to people who all thought it was slow shite  :ohmy: 

in the days when everyone wanted stompers :yes: but hey , class always comes through at some point !
