Guest Noggin Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 (edited) What would be a fair price for a non promo copy on RCA, VG+ ? Edited October 2, 2014 by Noggin
Guest Noggin Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 This is a hypothetical question by the way. I want a copy but will take a repress if original is likely to be too expensive.
Peter99 Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 You missed the "c" out! Johnny Manship has one on his site for £75.
Northern Soul Uk Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 I sold one on here about a year or so ago for £100
dthedrug Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 HI All if you get a chance to by the 69 album it has the best cut of this great track by far, DAVE K

Pete Eccles Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 I would expect the demo to be around £75 also, but recent experience proved that just finding a demo for sale was much trickier than I expected,
Dave Pinch Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 (edited) 2 different issues orig from 1969 on the `47` series ...then a reissue from 1972 on rca 1035...probably done after plays at the torch or summat..ist issue £100 2nd 30/40 Edited October 3, 2014 by dave pinch
Northern Soul Uk Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 yeah 'Caviar and Chitlings' if you can find one, excellent album.
Northern Soul Uk Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 OOPS!! Sorry, just re-read the post. The one I sold on here for £100 was the Demo. My apologies.
Sunnysoul Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 Here's the best way to own it ... an Aussie RCA demo 3
Daniel Harvey Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 For aesthetics I would get the Aus copy ( be it DOG rare). For sound quality I would get the US copy.....for overall value I would get the LP ( which incidentally Also got Australian release) as it is one of the best soul albums I have ever owned.
