Tricky Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 Early nineties Cliff Steele and myself perchanced on a pile of Hows in London. £3 a piece but they were mostly badly water damaged as a lot of La Beat, Mary Janes were.Took the best copies but left plenty as they were stuck together.Supposedly originally came from Tim Brown which makes sense because id previously had other Masqueraders like Be happy for me and One more chance from him. 1
Labeat Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Can't get my breath! Post 32, (the nice person that he is) would be prepared to pay over 1300 pounds for a record that the majority think/know is half that! This attitude, i'm sorry to say, is what has always had a negative side to collecting Soul.... offering and paying vastly inflated prices to the dismay of the genuine collector, where is the thrill and feel good factor in paying way over the top prices?
