stomper45 Posted July 27, 2006 Posted July 27, 2006 just noted this guy seems to make a habit of selling stuff with photocopies on. As if any dj would do that... https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...=ADME:B:SS:US:1

As if any dj would do that... https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...=ADME:B:SS:US:1 Got to be a little opportunity there for selling photcopies or scans of original labels so that you can cover up all those pressings you bought in the 70's - I used to put plain white emi-disc type labels over mine rather than looking at OOP labels. No comments please about the morals of doing it, if you are up front about it no problem

It was the bit about sticking a label over it was ok for Dj'n, worded on one of his sales items that seem to be taken off now. Have yet to hear a dj as he waves a record at everyone, put onto decks and then announce "heres one I photocopied the label onto earlier.." but maybe i'm not observant wouldnt sticking black and white demo labels on be cheaper and more profitable .
