Stateside Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 Found this and thought it might interest some of you. A lot were pressings but the Hi-Lites for 70p was a bargain. Not sure of the year, any guesses? 1
Scal Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 I would say 1975....judging by King Sporty; Valentino and R.B. Freeman. 1
Rich B Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 (edited) '75 for sure - couldn't give the Hi-lites away back then! Always fascinating seeing old lists, thanks for taking the time. Edited July 19, 2014 by Rich B 2
Millo Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I was also thinking mid seventies. It certainly brings back a few record hunting memories.
Billy Jo Jim Bob Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I have a Val Shively catalogue from around '74, which makes interesting reading...............oh for those prices again
Scal Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I still have some old Martin Koppel lists: Nolan Chance "Just Like The Weather" demo £4:00; issue £2:00. Michael & Raymond RCA issues £1:50, I got a Masqueraders "How" for £4:00 off him back then, at the time it was all they were worth I suppose?
