Guest Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 (edited) PM or email on mail@resolutionrecords.co.uk - everything strictly graded. BACS preferred but cash / chq / Paypal also accepted - happy to ship anywhere in the world Cheers...Mark Rez I use the Record Collector standard to grade my records - as below: M is ONLY for reissues / new releases / sealed records M- is a pretty much unplayed record for me - any obvious signs that a record has been played and I usually downgrade to an Ex+ EX+ is a very strong grade for me - just showing some signs of being played but no noise / cue burn / crackle / styrene burn at all. VG+ is for records that have obviously seen some wear and have had a good few plays and may even have light intro crackle but play very, very well. VG is for records with quite a bit of wear and surface markings and some noise / crackle but still a very good player VG- is my lowest grade and VG- records for me are in bad shape - lots of sound quality deterioration and many, many surface marks - not nice. ***************************************************************** 7" Singles: Jackie Lee ‘Darkest Days’ / ‘One For The Road’ (ABC / USA / 1968 / VG+) £90 ( Few scuffs, minor intro crackle — classic NS — 11146 matrix here = first/earliest press — in correct custom sleeve... ) Tom & Jerrio ‘Great Goo-Ga-Moo-Ga’ / ‘Come On And Love Me’ (ABC-Paramount / USA / 1965 / VG+) £15 ( Great double-sider — rarely seen nowadays — nice copy here...in correct custom sleeve ) The Prime Mates ‘Hot Tamales pts 1 & 2’ (Action (swirl) / UK / 1969 / VG+) £20 ( Great copy — killer Club double-sider.... ) The Fantastic Johnny C ‘Is There Anything Better Than Making Love’ / ‘New Love’ (Action (swirl) / UK / 1968 / VG+) £15 ( Few scuffs — stunning copy...sublime Northern... ) John Roberts ‘I’ll Forget You’ / ‘Be My Baby’ (Action (swirl) / UK / 1968 / M-) £60 ( Immaculate copy of one f THE rarest releases on this heavily-collected UK imprint — both sides are banging Northern....went thru the evil bay @ almost £120 recently — bargain here... ) E’lan ‘Your Love Keeps Taking Me Higher’ (ATL / USA / 1986 / M-) £75 ( Unplayed copy — stunning Modern Soul dancer ) Doris Troy ‘What’cha Gonna Do About It’ / ‘Tomorrow Is Another Day’ (Atlantic (black) / UK / 1964 / VG+) £8 ( Great copy — just one visible hairline...all-time classic... ) Levon and the Hawks ‘The Stones I Throw’ / ‘He Don’t Love You’ (Atlantic (black) / UK / 1967 / M-) £50 ( Immaculate copy — appears pretty much unplayed — HUGE Mod / Northern double-sider, both sides - VERY difficult to find...I’ve also got a VG+ copy available @ £40 — just a very few slight scuffs... ) Jackie Ivory ‘Hi Heel Sneakers’ / ‘Do It To Death’ (Atlantic / UK / 1965 / VG+) £20 ( Just sooooo good to be able to offer this beautiful piece again — stunning copy....few surface scuffs / hairlines — minimal — HUGE Mod sounds...in correct custom sleeve... ) Aquarian Dream ‘Phoenix’ / ‘East 6th Street’ (Buddah / UK / 1979 / VG) £15 ( Another RARE Buddah UK 7” this List — again — I had no idea this had been released on 7” over here — Demo copy here to — big ‘A’ — lotsa scuffs but plays nice and loud on this solid UK press...great to have these 2 amazing cuts on 7”... ) Love’s Children ‘Soul Is Love’ / ‘This Is The End’ (Buddah / UK / 1971 / M-) £12 ( New one on me?! 2 SOLID Curtis Mayfield / Impressions covers — prod.
