Sutty Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Thought it was worth mentioning this, I just noticed that a PayPal I made this week has in the receipt that I have up to 180 days to raise a dispute. Googled it and sure enough, PayPal extended the dispute period from 45 to 180 days on 17th June for the UK. This could be flakey for sellers who get hit with a dodgy chargeback 6 months down the line! cheers Sutty
Dobber Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 im not sure that matters to a seller really! people who buy soul records generally let you know within a couple of days of recieving the record that they are happy or if unhappy, and then it gets dealt with. however you are always gonna get a few that have the record for 179 days, play it to death, get bored with it and possibly dj with it,then on the 11th hour send you a message saying 'ive just realised after 179 days that im not happy with the record, gimme my money back!'
