My apologies for not doing my homework on this but I wondered if someone could tell me if this demo is legit?

I've seen another label variation and will post that underneath.

When I mentioned to someone that my copy has "promotional use" running faintly across the label, he said that it sounded suspicious to him  and may not be legit.

 

Any help appreciated.

Both legit, the bottom one is West Coast press and is usually harder to find than the 'normal' design.
