Pete S Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Couple of prices needed please: Emanuel Laskey - I'd Rather Leave On My Feet - DT records (green label) superb condition Johnny Gilliam - Room Full Of tears - Cancer (ex) Otis Clay - The Only Way Is Up - Echo. This looks NM but it sounds like it has a little noise in the right hand channel. Willie Tee - First taste of hurt - Gatur (green label, Funky Twist on B side)
Soulman Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Hi Pete, I'd have thought ... Otis Clay £50 - £60 with surface noise (awful styrene used for that one) Possibly £100 mint Emanuel Laskey £200 in nice shape Johnny Gilliam £130 - £150 in Ex condition I actually have all three and would consider letting em go, that said, I have two Otis Clays one which was used for DJ'ing which has hiss and one which has been played once for recording purposes. Best Steve
Mal C Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 those prices are spot on, before I scrolled down, those were pretty much what I valued them at. M
Pete S Posted June 18, 2014 Author Posted June 18, 2014 Right. Now I was thinking way more for Johnny Gilliam, maybe £100 more, and I think I'd sell it. Otis Clay, it's like a swoosh noise as it starts. Going to try £100 on that. Laskey I will take the advice. Can't do my usual cut price bargains on these see...
Guest Ivor Jones Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Hello Pete.... I would think £200 for the Willie Tee. I would think about £200 for the Gilliam....doesn't show up much I reckon. The Otis Clay is tough to find in undamaged condition these days, they're nearly all knackered,play-wise,when they come up for sale. Emanuel Laskey is £200 to £250 on the green logo..... Best, Ivor
