Tattoos on wimen? theres plenty these days.
Guest Posted July 22, 2006 Posted July 22, 2006 (edited) This is what I do... and Im not saying its the right way but it gets the results I want. Open image create duplicate layer make one layer monotone go to colour layer use pen tool to draw around image you want left in colour go back to monotone layer righ click mouse and select the drawing you did Hit delete and it will take out the drawing your left with black and white layer on top with the colour image showing through where you deleted the area you created with your pen. Oh, then you can go back to the monotone layer and apply a filter if you want, blurred or palette knife etc Edited July 22, 2006 by ♫ Soulgirl ♫

Guest Posted July 22, 2006 Posted July 22, 2006 the only reason i switch between the colour and monotone layers is that it's easier to use the pen tool on colour - must be my failing eyesight
Guest Posted July 22, 2006 Posted July 22, 2006 to all those who have posted on this thread, i feel truly humbled, thanks guys, thanks a lot, means the world to me. coops
Guest Posted July 22, 2006 Posted July 22, 2006 Yes, me too! I've been photochopping too Not soul photos yet - I've started with my Niece and dance partner... this is them doing the Paso Doble Oh... and my nails! Originally taken on top of an old bit of kitchen roll! Have I done good Coops? other than that small bit of kitchen roll showing through karen i think you got it sortred mate, guess i'd better keep on my toes with all this photochopping going on! keep it up karen, the more 'creative' photos we can circulate the more enjoyment we give to others. although the quick point-and-shoot slightly blurred and darkish shot is just as importand as a creative one because we are recording social history and long may we all do it. sorry, bit of a ramble there. Guest Posted July 22, 2006 Posted July 22, 2006 LOL - my Husband said... "I wonder if anyone will see that white bit?" It was a test to see how keen eye'd you all were
