Rod, this happens sometimes when you paste, what Nancy has to do is click the Word copyboard on the top of the toolbar and paste into there, then it will be formatted properly

Rod - look at the "Add Reply" box at the bottom of this thread.

 

When you click in that box, as if you were going to add a reply, a load of symbols appear.

 

Along the top row of symbols (the row with the "Font" and "Size"  drop down boxes and the smiley face   there are three symbols to the right that look like brown envelopes or similar. The right hand one with a little blue and white "Word" symbol in the bottom right corner is the "Paste from Word" function that I believe Pete was referring to.

 

I didn't know it was there but now I do
