Frank Dell - Spotting An Original

Hi guys, advice needed please:

I know there are two issues of Frank Dell - He Broke Your Game Wide Open on Valise, and I know that the light red version with thick vinyl is worth roughly double that of the deep red with thin vinyl, but is the deadwax data the same? and if so, what does it say? I've been reliably informed by a notable collector that:

 

"Right Liam. .deadwax info 6900-A-1 R A tiny squiggly sign wich is on both sides...the R and A are both stand alone as is the sguigle record is vinyl with a recess area around the middle approx 10 mm".

This is for the deep red issue.
 

Are both issues the same?
