Is This Available On 45?

i aint no funk fan,or mod instrumental fan as a rule,but i have this 12" with this tune on it,the credit shows it as ohio 1969,is it known as a 45? is it rare? and is it a million quid?

The vanguards obviously did a vocal version on Lamp but I'm pretty sure none of the issues or demo has this on the flip.

I'm pretty sure it was only released on that now again 12" and not even on the band comp they did
