MAIN GUEST DJ — GIBBY FROM YORKSHIRE AND LOCAL GUESTS DAN AND LIAM McGANNON PLUS RESIDENT PAUL ACKLEY.

We started a bit earlier with Ian playing from about 7.15pm through to 8.30pm. A bit of all sorts for this spot with it being early on and to get the place ready for the main dj’s.

Something a bit different in that lot above — all class records and the Del Davis track receiving a bit of action and not before time too. Thanks to Ian for the early spot to get things going, a bit of a thankless task the early spot with not many dancers in early doors but it sets the tone of things to come.

One of the girls on the door (Claire) said of Gibby — “I love his music, you haven’t a clue what’s going to come next — love it, love it”. I think that’s what Paul played to finish the night and what a great night it was too. Many thanks to you all who support us month in month out, we’d have closed ages ago without your support. Next month (7th June) we have the return of Scotland’s Colin Law and Colin is dragging along Kitch to dj for the first time at the Rafa club and not forgetting Kev Harker who’ll support these two. Sure to be a well supported night more details to follow.

Many thanks for the support and for viewing the playlists.

Cheers — Paul, Paul and Ian.
