boba Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 Can anyone please give me a bit of info in 'OLDE ENGLISH ''800'' - IT IS THE POWER . A rather nice modern dancer . I know OLDE ENGLISH 800 is a malt liquor from America , but has anyone played it out and is there any value to the 45rpm ? It actually was pressed to promote the Malt Liquor, it comes with a hard to find pic sleeve from Old English 800 telling people to distribute the records on college campuses and how to request more from the company. The record was going for money when it was initially in demand but has dropped significantly in price. 1
Jnixon Posted May 19, 2014 Posted May 19, 2014 800 is one of a rapper's favourite accompaniments to a large Jamaican Woodbine or when they get bored of drinking fizz. https://www.vibe.com/photo-gallery/juicy-j-taste-test-iconic-classic-liquors Juicy J gets involved with one. once a 2 grand tune. the stripped down flip is quite nice as well as the main mix. i got 2 spares in sales right now. see below.

Tiberius Posted May 19, 2014 Posted May 19, 2014 are you being ironic? I'll leave that for you to decide....they must be at least as rare as the picture sleeve. Back on track, there's a couple of copies of this 45 on ebay if anyone's interested. https://www.ebay.com/itm/OLDE-ENGLISH-800-It-Is-The-Power-b-w-It-Is-The-Power-Power-Break-/301138155885?pt=Music_on_Vinyl&hash=item461d3b996d https://www.ebay.com/itm/281342314080?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
