Two cracking sides..Cherry Baby is the class oldie but i much prefer the flip. I beleive this was The Milllionaires first

release, before they went on to deliver so many outstanding sides.

Another absolute gem of a double sider. So many goodies from this artist spanning three decades.

So much real potential in this 45. Modern / crossover / whatever, but soul for sure.

Classy crossover from the top notch group

Mid tempo mastery backed with a superb ballad from this class group.

Such a belting 45. Two absolute top drawer sides. Superb dancer on one side backed with a really classy crossover flip.

How much if this disc was rare!?

Fabulous 70's dancer, equally at home in modern and northern rooms.

Another one with lots of potential in the right hands.

7. Marva Whitney "This girls in love with you" b/w "He's the one" King Ex+ £25 SOLD

Two cracking sides. Sublime crossover delivery of this old Bacharach & David standard which has picked up so many plays in the last couple of years and a funky flip given exposure by nn other than Soul Sam. Desreves a lot more attention.

8. Chuck Bernard "Love can slip away" b/w "Bessie Girl" Zodiac Vg £30 ON HOLD

Two massive slabs of soul on one disc here. Not the best of condition but fine to play out, and this really needs playing out loud and

often.

I'm not sure how hard this one is, but i've rarely seen it come up for sale unlike many of his others.

"Slip away" is a master class in mid tempo soul delivery whilst the flip reveals a fabulous crossover tune to match many of the best out there (IMHO of course).

Have a listen. I challenge you to disagree! Now there's a daft statement on SS if ever there was one!!
