Kjw Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 I'm trying to clarify which version I have - the one with strings and tambourine or the one without I read that the one with strings and tambourine has III in the run out before the matrix number and the one without has II Mine has III in the run out but sounds like the version without strings so I'm confused Can someone confirm for definite please Also is there any difference in the running time between the two versions - mine is 3:23 Just to confirm this is the two different versions on De-To - nothing to do with the later press on Morning Glory Thanks
Soulhawk Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 that was the 'strings' version - the strings are pretty subtle, more like mellotron or something the non-string version has a more echoey / muddy mix with the guitars pushed up imho the string version mix is far superior

Soulhawk Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 did you just buy this from a Detroit-based seller? pretty sure that was me
Kjw Posted March 26, 2014 Author Posted March 26, 2014 Yes, definitely the one with strings then Thanks for the replies
