Nobody has - the auction is in USD and is at $405.

That is equivalent to around GBP £247.

They might pay more than £300 - but it hasn't happened yet  :D

complete set of Beatin Rhythm magazines

I actually wrote and produced all these but I don't have a full set of my own, so I thought well if I have a sneaky £33 bid, they probably won't make a tenner anyway, they went for £71!

It's not a complete set though, he didn't have number 16, which I do have.

I need issues 11, 12 and 14 though.

I did write and ask him if he could copy them for me but he didn't even reply to say no  :(

anyway I might get these republished as one book, that'll be like 150 pages of records records records..

What!  It's even got it's centre knocked out. I'd pay £5 tops for that. In fact I wouldn't touch it with no centre.  I sell it regularly for £15.  Maybe someone heard me play it on the radio or on my podcast on sunday / monday and it's gone mental

Hi Pete. I think that you should start playing more of these £15 records to get the prices up, then i could sell my collection for a big profit.

Ah, but as usual people only read

ALL US/UK ORIGINALS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE

They don't read

COMMENTS-RE-ISSUE

Think that's what poster was saying,it was fookin expensive for a re-issue.

Certainly was.
There's been a few things gone where the seller has a permanent line at the top of his speil, that says OVO etc

and you have to look further down or in the print somewhere to see - this one ain't.
Wonder if when they get it he'll get it back?

Beginning to wish that i had kept all my bootlegs and re-issues. I gave most of them all away to a charity shop about 5/6 years ago, including an Ollie Jackson boot that i just saw going for over £40.

The list of records he is selling is disgrace - @ 14.99 each too.

Mind people must be retards who buy theses things - search for 'Stormy' and three are listed inc a legitimate issue from the recent box set for the same price. Ditto the Tammi Terrell.

Have you seen one of his feedbacks? "£18 for a low quality 45 from a cropped S McMahon utube mp3 seems a bit pricey"

The sad thing is that everyone seems to be happy.  Dickheads with painted on ears.

That's only just out as an official Kent single as well.  Fair enough if it's some obscure 60's thing which is impossible to license, but this is taking it a bit far, I wonder how Lorraine Chandler feels about this?

The 7" not due for release till end of this month, but the mp3 has been available to buy.

The disgusting thing is that the proper release is cheaper than the boot.

A patient person can pick up a mint for around £100-120.00 for sure, I've paid less.

Mentioned this seller previously - Nothing has been done by Ebay , and the relevant MCPS authority won't be interested in the slightest - Just a sad fact :(((

Same here.

In fact bootleg reporting has become more difficult .

Ebay require the reporter to download and print off a copy of their form, then Fax it to them.

We ain't got a fax machine.

Unless someone knows something else that I/ve missed, that is.

Couldn't believe that so I tried it myself. Reported the Voodoo boot to Ebay. Works fine. No need to download or fax anything. Won't stop Ebay to do nothing about it though.

Sorry about the misleading info, though I swear that last time I tried to report a few weeks ago , that's what I came across.

Wish I'd taken screen shots.

See here:

https://pages.ebay.com/vero/others.html

The user forums are full of complaints about lack of action and feedback.

here's what Ebay say themselves:

"Your report will not be shared with the member you are reporting. We are happy to receive such information, but due to privacy laws, eBay cannot follow up and let you know the status of your report or inform you of any action we may have taken."

Thanks

Mick
