A Monster Singing Northern Soul?

Two weeks ago I viewed 5 seconds of a video of a monster like Herman Munster / Frankenstein / or someone similar in youtube singing a song that could be a northern soul. I can't find the video or the name of the song or singer. Can anyone tell me some information about that? That's all my poor information.
