Guest TONY ROUNCE Posted July 4, 2006 Posted July 4, 2006 ....Relaxing at home yesterday, playing four Al Green albums back to back, was the most happiness-inducing thing I've done in weeks.... ...What's really floated your musical boat in this stifling heat? Doesn't have to be rare, just good! TONE

Followed that with two other long unplayed albums: Jeff Floyd - "Changing Times" and Kevin Owens - "That Time Again". Perfect mellow summer soul. John. Edited July 4, 2006 by John Alden

Platters, I Get The Sweetest Feeling... yet again those twanging guitar rifts prevailed and I was exported to some other place. Absolutely superb rendition, and dare I say, better key usuage than that of dear Jackie! And for those that haven't heard it: Platters Edited July 4, 2006 by ♫ Soulgirl ♫
