Guest sigher the gutter snype Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 sorry removed this for a little bit had this kent release for years its a nice floaty modern soul type thing higher feelings -kings and me / i wanna stay high on you kent- 4579 amazingly this record was pulled from the pressing and never got a release as the band and kent records had some kind of disagreement. the catalogue number was give to rudy ray moore as on souful kinda music 4579 - Rudy Ray Moore - Miss Wonderful / The Human Tornado - 1972 higher feelings i am told were the first all white group signed to the famous kent label just been speaking to the band leader who hasnt any copies and was amazed that this record even exsisted!! anyone else have any more info ??? would things like this have a value or is it just the demand on the music?

This is indeed extremely rare. As you might have realised from other postings, I actually work for Ace (who own Kent-Modern) and we don't have a tape for either side, so I assume that Joe Bihari, Kent label president, must have given the group their tapes back in the aftermath of their fall out. You;re probably aware that, had it actually been released, it would have been the last ever single on this renowned logo! Thanks again & best, TONE

Guest sigher the gutter snype Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 thanks for doing that rachael yeah i had think i may have had 3 copies of this a few years back just spoken to my mate who had dug his out. i agree its not going to rock the soul world or any dancefloor but it does move along nicely.
