Mike Posted June 12, 2020 Author Posted June 12, 2020 Ok just for further info As only a very small amount of members (current average is 1 per month) get to see how our warning system actually works on here close up, have explained some of the processes we use below... All site warnings are sent out via our generic account 'source team' All moderators get a copy along with the member Normally there is a neutral template used, where the wording is normally adapted to fit each situation and both explain and inform the current template is below... Quote Just an advisory warning to let you know that your post has been moderated as per the sites guidelines We reserve the right to moderate posts which Are considered likely to disrupt, provoke, attack or offend others Are racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable Contain swear words or other language likely to offend Break the law or condone or encourage unlawful activity. This includes breach of copyright, defamation and contempt of court Are seen to impersonate someone else Describe or encourage activities which could endanger the safety or well-being of others Are considered to be 'spam', that is posts containing the same. or similar content posted multiple times Are considered to be off-topic for the particular soul source forum/feature as said usually this template is adapted to fit in with the current situation, as in paragraphs etc added or removed cheers
