Merry Christmas to all Soul-Sourcers. Hope you all had a wonderful day.

I'd just like to let you all know that I have just breathed life back into Soulbid.
Soulbid version 5 is what I've been calling it and I must say that I am quite pleased
with it's latest re-incarnation. I think Soulbid has always done what it 'says on the tin'
but I have tried really hard to make it as user friendly as possible this time.
The main new feature is the ability to list your records Set Sale i.e first bid wins it.
As an introductory offer there will be No charge whatsoever to list your records Set Sale,
i.e No listing fee, No closing fee and whilst the offer lasts No listing fee's for Auctions
either. Clicking the Sell your records graphic will display the current listing fee's
I hope that you will all give it a try because after all if you list your records Set Sale
you have absolutely nothing to lose. In fact to browse the records on the site will always be Free
to bid on or buy them does require Registration but that is Free as well and it is probably a
good idea to Register if you want to retain a special Alias (username).
I have uploaded 100 records this afternoon for your perusal and hope to get another 300 on
in the coming days but why not join me and list your own records for sale.

I have also included what I hope will be a creative solution around the old Paypal chestnut by allowing

the Seller to stipulate whether they will pick up the Paypal charge, pass it on to, or split it with the Buyer.
With regard to security the whole site operates under SSL which encrypts all data to and from Soulbid.
As usual I'll be happy to answer questions and field comments although there is a full help system
which details how to buy and sell records on Soulbid.
