Looks like it's a new recording of an old unfinished demo, from the website;

 

"The release of Twin Cities Funk & Soul in 2012 saw the reunion of the great vocal group, The Valdons. Their first new 45 in 40 years is not to be missed. Based on demos the band recorded around 1971 but never finished, “Stop Wait A Minute Girl and “Watcha Gonna Do” were too great to leave on the shelf. Working with our house band, The Lakers, The Valdons have put together some mind blowing sweet soul!"

 

And yeah, fantastic 45!
