Well done Paul and everybody involved, especially all the djs, fantastic company all day, it makes the 700 miles of tarmac a shear delight

Already commented in Events, so just repeating that I ran out of superlatives to describe this place about 2 years ago, rammed full again, if it gets anymore popular (if at all possible) the lads will have to issue tickets. Fantastic knowledgeable crowd in savouring a tremendous cross section of soul. Tough choice, but record of the day for me was Eddie Billups-Try something new, (flip of Shake off that dream), played by Bri early on great to talk to Bob, Dave and Tracey so  we could apologise for missing out on their guest appearance in the summer, Wayne, Dom and the London boys, great lads, Gilly, Nicola and Andy also popped in, real ale on top form again, what a way to spend a Sunday

The album that its off Pete is incredible, 1972 release, "Sweet as funk can be" don't be fooled by the title, rammed with ballads taking Marvin Junior and Johnny Carter to the heights
