Any one use the wooden MDF single lane boxes you can get?

Im thinking of starting production on a single lane box to hold 100 7" records either in brushed aluminuim or Stainles steel, bring it into the 21st century ideal for storage at home on your shelves in a record room or something like that, not a carry box but a open top one for easy 'flicking' the idea is to have a 'brushed' metal outer skin lined with either painted black wood or foam, haven't looked at cost yet but depending on interest think it would be around the £40 mark and they will look the business on your shelf :D

Thoughts any one?
