The holes for the adjustment screws are really tiny ( you'll have to look carefully as there's a rubber cover in there too normally ), on the bottom of the turntable, there should be 2, and they're labelled 33 and 45. you''ll need one of those tiny metal precision screwdrivers. There's normally a rubber cover just inside the top of the hole, and you have to push the screwdriver through, clockwise turns to speed it up, counter clockwise to slow it down.
