When I split up from my missus I went through a period of cooking dinner, dishing up, and then just dropping the plate on the kitchen floor. My brother became so concerned he did a risk assessment - thew all my crockery out and bought me a set of plastic stuff. I think I'm cured now - still break other stuff though.
