Mark R Posted September 4, 2013 Posted September 4, 2013 Hi all, I used to go to the Old Vic a lot, and have this recording from Christmas 1986 to share with you. It's mainly guys spot, but if anyone can identify other jocks I would be grateful.............I think early on it's Pep, and later some more local guys as the accent's quite strong! Hope you enjoy it.....I think these things are great............ https://www.mixcloud.com/soulboymark/old-vic-wolverhampton-all-dayer-28-december-1986/ Cheers, Mark R 3
Pete S Posted September 4, 2013 Posted September 4, 2013 It's definitely not Pep, not at the start anyway, I think it's actually Harpo. Loving this.

Mark R Posted September 4, 2013 Author Posted September 4, 2013 Harpo with Dee Edwards and ronas theme Hi Tim, To my thoughts Harpo's accent is stronger than that, but listening back again I can see that it could well be. Anyway, when you say Dee Edwards, if you mean the first track, it's this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wv7DZZ-0VYk Cheers, Mark R

Guest MrC Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Hi Tim, To my thoughts Harpo's accent is stronger than that, but listening back again I can see that it could well be. Cheers, Mark R Tims right, definitely Harpo, he was the only one who played Rhonas Theme, and it was a lovely black issue, one of the nicest looking records I've ever seen!
