Andreas B Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 It's not Eve. That's Eve Arslett's daughter, Levanna. They are from Bristol. Eve was a Stafford regular and daughter Lev has been getting into the music big time this last year getting to various venues including the 100 Club a few weeks ago. I was with both of them last night at Seriously Soulful in Bristol last night and Lev was tearing up the dancefloor. There goes many of the above posters' dreams of a soul dancin' Russian mail order bride! 1
Pete S Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 In my opinion the you tube sound file is too poor and messy. It may clean up a bit but i think its a non starter I definitely used this in a podcast and I'm sure it was a decent quality recording - but I don't know where I got it from!
Guest blackbeesoulclub Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 Please let me know if you get a sniff of it Patto? Thanks bud
Pete S Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 I checked and the one on the video and the one I used on the podcast are the same recording. If anyone wants it, email me at pete.smith@freeuk.com and put soundfile as the subject and I'll send it to you. PLEASE DO NOT PM ME.

nickp Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 (edited) Now that is what I call Northern Soul Absolutely sublime. The song sounds like an old friend even though I have only heard it once. Edited September 25, 2013 by nickp
Steve L Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 From Moscow to Bristol, she's certainly seeing the world - is she on a quest to dance to northern in every town square in Europe I wonder?
Guest Byrney Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 Y'know I think vids like this do no harm whatsoever: 2 cracking tracks and they look a damn site better than the vids posted from current nighters. Helps that's she's a Bonny lass too
Steve L Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 I agree Byrney, nice to see some youthful exuberance with a smile - we could do with a few more like that at venues. Apparently she out & about -I just hope she doesnt wear a circle skirt and ankle socks when she does
Steve L Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 Heres no 3, she hasnt travelled very far this time

Helps that's she's a Bonny lass too Never mind about the girl and the music, did anybody manage to catch the number of that second locomotive?
Steve S 60 Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 She's back......incidentally, Clifton Suspension Bridge was designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel, and first opened in 1864. https://youtu.be/VRcp64Tptp0
