Popular Post Mister Fish Posted August 24, 2013 Popular Post Posted August 24, 2013 (edited) Deep Beat 3 - Mid-Tempo Directions - Summer 2013 Scanning four decades of marvellous soul music- here are some of the most glorious, chilled out 45's I could muster. Here you'll find beat ballads, steppers, floaters, sweet, group and modern mid-tempo tunes mixed into my idea for a perfect Summer days lounging. I really hope you enjoy them as much as I do? As always, feedback is positively encouraged and greatly appreciated. https://www.mixcloud.com/albertfish/deepbeat3-mid-tempo-directions-summer-2013/ Edited August 24, 2013 by Mister Fish 4
Kev Cane Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 Was lucky enough to get a sneak preview of this and like I previously stated thought it was awesome, right from the first track (Sonny Turner) to the last, not a weak track in sight Kev 1
Jaco Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 At work so blocked from listening but this will be a must when I get home. And if Kev Cane says it's awesome then it's a guarantee that it is. 2

Few there that I know - Speck & GH Outlaw Band, Unique, Side Show, Master Force but some which will denfinitely new to these ears. Keep em coming. Mike. Same here, quite a few that I know and absolutely love, but so many that are new to my ears. Absolutely brilliant as usual Steve. I've missed out a few times on the Chocolate sunday 45 and it pisses me off hearing it in this mix (in a nice way), the Collaboration 45 (S), Speck, Jimmy Bell, Jeff Adams and Steve Bassett are all new to me and are superb. Didn't we used to have an applause smiley? 1

Our IT policy at work blocks Mixcloud (caught under our general policy of streaming music/videos) so I've asked our guys to change my settings. Hopefully at some point tomorrow I will get to listen. By all accounts the stuff new to me will be worth the wait. Top man Steve. 1
