There stuff seems to be really popular with collectors on the 'East LA soul scene' (the lowrider lot that put out all those bootleg CD's of obscure 60's soul cuts).

Not rare at all, used to be on Soul Bowl every week for years. No idea of value can't be more than £25 can it?
