Nice Ebay Story For A Change

Actually bought myself a record on sunday, High Voltage - Country Road (issue) for £25.  Got the invoice yesterday, paid straight away, didn't recognise the seller name but did recognise the email address, and it was someone who's been a customer of mine for at least 10 years, really nice guy and what you'd call a valued customer.  Anyway when I paid I said wow how about that, roles reversed, me buying off you now.  Few hours later, he sent me a message saying I'd been really helpful to him over the years and he'd like to give me the High Voltage record to say thanks, and he consequently refunded my payment.

Makes a nice change to be able to say something good about an ebay deal.

Glad I posted it now, it was quite uplifting wasn't it.

Makes such a change of people trying to get 'partial refunds' for made up reasons and all the other nightmares you get on ebay.
