i just won a copy of this record on ebay for a couple of bucks. when i was checking it out on youtube i noticed one video had big backing (female? falsetto male?) vocals in the mix and another had none at all.

 

does anyone know more about this?

 

the guy who sold mine doesn't know if it has them or not (i guess i just have to wait and see)....

Got mine with girl choruses and never looked any further since I knew it first from the Kent comp 'Sure Shots' without the choruses. I belived (might be proven wrong) then that either it was another mix or an Ady re-work on the tapes. I would doubt that at Duke, Peacock... records they would work out different takes/mixes for a same catalog 45 issue. Now, I would love to be proven wrong since I prefer this song without the choruses and if so, I could be on the look out for one without to upgrade my copy.
