Although "I'll Find You" was the same song as by the Bee-Jays on the Detroit-based Prime label, am I right in thinking that the Glover label and Valerie & Nick's other recordings on Glover were New York recordings and not Detroit-related in any way? boba Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 I actually like the Valerie and Nick version of "I'll find you" better than the Bee Jays. The Bee Jays is just a duo, only two voices. The Valerie and Nick actually has at least 3 voices, don't know if they did overdubs or if there was a third person. Sort of counterintuitive... 1

He certainly walked about a lot, since I believe they met when he turned up at her church at White Rock in search of a meal, quite a way from Bryant Park. I prefer V&N's original too.
