Lively debate last night with a couple of buddies on this record, i've had it for yonks and only played Do As I Do out once, which side do you guy's prefer Marvelettes or Kim Weston and which side have you heard played out most

Having just played both sides, I'd say I prefer Kim Westons (Do Like I Do) side. I just think the vocals are so much better.

Mind you having only paid a quid for my copy at Wetherby car boot last year, 50p a side ain't to be sniffed at. :D

hi, both sides excellent but yes kim weston just takes it, as a note the same track

is a b side to" a thrill a moment" 1965 Gordy 7041, with different lyrics, also a top

tune.

love both sides kim weston could not remember it when i got the cover signed in newark the other month any body got a value for the complete boxed set it came with in mint cond inc the enamel 40th anv badge

Feel that The Marvelettes is probably the better dancer of the two but Kim's track is pure class thumbsup.gif
