Shipping Rates From Europe / Belgium

Hoping for a little help here to establish a reasonable / average postal rate from Belgium to UK for one LP.

 

Just bagged nice  album on Discogs for 10 Euros (bargain i thought at the time)  only for the seller to add on 12.90 Euros (£11.10)  for P&P.

 

Now i don't normally quibble about shipping, and usually expect the seller to add money for decent packaging but the rate quoted does seem very high.

 

Anyone shed any light on this please?

Seller just contacted me to advise that 12.90 Euros is the standard rate for 1-3 lp's.

 

Hardly an attractive advert for trading within the European market
