Funk & Soul In Birmingham

Hi folks, I will be heading to Birmingham next weekend to dj as part of the Mostly Jazz festival in Moseley Park. I tried contacting a number of bars in the area to see if they'd be up for running an aftershow party but because of the area, they said music would have to stop at 12.30 a.m. in order to avoid annoying local residents.

As the festival finishes around 10.30 each night, I was wondering if anyone could recommend any decent bars in Birmingham (not just Moseley) that play soul/funk music or indeed if anyone runs any clubs there and would like me to dj after the festival.
