truly right across the board guys!...is this the lea manor of yorkshire or what?, on a sunday?.......does anybody here go to work the next day??!

No chance, it would be instant dismissal if any of us NE lads showed up on a monday morning, my knee is knackered, I fell out of the train and onto the platform at Darlington station  its not big and its not clever I know, but thats what happens.

As for the day itself, well I have run out of superlatives, just look at the playlist, and the place was rammed. The regular lads do an incredible job of keeping it fresh without compromising quality, Dave and Chris delivered fantastic sets, James Brown "Your love was good to me" typifies this place, great call Chris. The Real Ale is getting better aswell, so it was, as per normal, an all round brilliant day

What an incredible day!

Music first class all day long Soul music as it should be from records that you can still pick up for peanuts to the big ticket items.

If you havent been yet get there asap!

It was my turn to do the honours and look after Kev this time and an almost identical spot to where i crashed off of the train last time lol

A truly memorable day - not to forget when Pete fell off his stool to be showered by a full pint of Carling! :shhh:

How we managed to get to the Indian restaurant in Darlington is an acheivement in itself.

Great people Great Music - Thanks Lads - Enough said!

See you next time

This venue is as good as anything I have been to in the last few years.

If you have not been it is well worth the effort.

Absolute pleasure to be asked to spin a few tunes there.....I`ll be back as a punter as soon as I can!

Hi Chris ... only managed to get down there once myself ,due to lots of odd reasons , but having seen the short video clip of Sundays event ,really wish i could have been there to witness it .. but again due to the odd fact i only arrived home for hols on Saturday and spent nearly 36 hrs without a wink of sleep ...Sunday was a day of :sleep3:  :sleep3:  :sleep3: for me  and the missus :(

Glad you and Dave went down a storm ,but that was never a doubt :)

If Carlsberg made chill out Sundays ... they'd probably not change a thing
