However, the copy I had in 1986, before it was known, was a vinyl press (rather than styrene), which looked only about 6 months old. It did have a 5-digit Monarch matrix though, dating it to early-1966. Looked like this, as opposed to the lined demo which looks like the credits were typed on an old electric typewriter.
