Picked up this thing "HENRY RALPH", produced by Bill Sheppard. I was looking for "MY SWEET BABY" but bought it out of curiosity with it being a cheapo. I haven't been able to play it yet (deck in storage) and I can't find a soundfile anywhere. Anybody know anything about it? The title doesn't sound very inspiring, admittedly...

A catchy funky little dancer, that features David Bursey of the Candi-Bars ("I Believe In You/Your The One") and one time Esquire, although uncredited on lead vocals. :yes: See the David Bursey article in the SS article section.

the usa copy with "my sweet baby" is a tough record,i sold a copy recently for around £80,another blinder by the esquires is "how could it be" both records sound as good as anything you would pay a fortune for!

:hatsoff2: Hi all  you have to buy the issue of this one as DEMO's on both HOTLINE & ACTION are double A sides "my sweet baby" which is a top sound, and one that I used to play at the BLACK HORSE WOLVES :rofl: DAVE K
