mine looks nowt like that, cant remember what wrong with it, will check later.

I  always thought the original was a darker shade ?

lou Roberts is a boot @ £75.00

 

would think with a youngblood smith verve demo, would know that high keys is a boot

 

anyway £350 for it phew!!! you can split...lol

 

saying that the velvet satins looks dodgy?

High keys

Issues are dark blue or black

Demos sky blue or yellow

hes put the velours as a 70s/80s reissue, looks alright to me.....or is it...thanks pete 

I PM'd the chap and told him I thought the Velours was a boot....the MGM on the record in the Lion's hand is a 'blob' on the boot. You can make out the letters on the original.....there are also marks in the deadwax etc......I've had both so it's one of those rare moments when I think I know what I'm talking about....LOL!!!

 

.....I have the black issue now...so no argument...and that IS rare!!!!!

He got back to me and is pulling the high keys i also told him about this thread. sounded like was genuine but not enough knowledge

Makes a change - they usually tell you to f*ck off and mind your own business, however helpful you're trying to be.
