Hi all, got my copy up on evil bay.  been told its been booted so would like some info on original run out markings, stamped or etched etc.   had no idea it had been booted.  So need to confirm its a proper un.  Thanks People.

Aparently on a look a like demo boot, didn't know myself.  Until someone claimed on ebay, where i'm selling one they had been, and is requiring some facts to prove otherwise.  Has it been booted?

As I said, this is the first I've heard of it, I've never heard of or seen a repro, if there is one it must be very very recent or the bloke doesn't have a clue

Here it is. Made by the Pop corn people. It seems to be a mat and white-white label. instead of the oldish original glossy and greyish white one. All I can say by the looks of it. Can't say more since I never had the boot in hands. Hope that helps. Cheers, Tim

thanks Tim. I'd say my label, is quite glossy, has a sheen.  Not Matt finish, if that is what you mean in your description.  Have you any idea when it was booted?

Nothing to do with The Fads' song of the same title, as Banks only worked in Philly, and The Fads only in Chicago (and, of course, the writing credits are different).  I hadn't heard the Doug Banks song until now.

It must be recent since they started doing these 'photocopied' label copies since few years in small quantities and that one only appeared on evilbay since 2012 !

Mine bought in 2002/3, and no word of it being booted then or until recently so all seems good with the world.  Thanks Tim, for your help, it s much appreciated old bean.
