Roburt Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 The French Vogue version was released in 75 after the UK Route 45 had escaped here .... 1

Pga1 Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 Not sure but I thought the phil la soul were pressed up for the uk market mid seventies ? Cheers
Kris Holmes Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 Yes, Phil-LA of Soul, Vogue & Route are all much later releases (a decade later to be exact), I wouldn't play them at an OVO event. 1

Cheers after the uk route was issued to meet demand for northern soulies..and it actually charted in 1975 it was reissued in the usa on phil la soul ....and europe on vogue....altho these were done because it charted in the uk not so much for the european northern soulies at that time.....only one orig issue from 1964 on landa..made no 124 0n the usa charts

It's listed way too often as a genuine 60s release. Like Chubby Checker - You just don't know on spanish London, another 70s release. Edited August 16, 2016 by Benji 1

You will be arrested by the OVO Soul Police, thrown in a cell, disowned, humiliated, scorned and burned on a fire of re-releases. Edited May 26, 2017 by jim g 3
Guest eejjmm Posted May 30, 2017 Posted May 30, 2017 I have a landa issue, but seen French vogue pop up a few times
