Another sought after 45 from guys out of the team that cut the Troy Dodds tracks ..........

This (demo) 45 features Walter Hawkins (Edwin's brother) & his sisters.

It wouldn't be a bad guess that the El Camino cuts were also laid down at Studio 10 in SanFran.

Quite a few El Caminos in fact .....

..... a southern suburb of San Fran is called El Camino and a major highway, El Camino Real, runs through it.

Then up on the San Fran northern shoreline there's another road that uses the name (El Camino Del Mar).

Guess the label was really named after one of those (though the mountain range makes a much better visual to put on the label).

You've gotta be joking eh?.....I can't even jump off the top board at the swimming baths.

By 1:25 I'd have feigned injury, turned round and rung a taxi.

It's just so wrong.

No, No, No, No, No, No.............

Not for a f*cking gold clock!!!

It always makes me wonder who builds these things and how they did it, e.g. did the ready mix driver charge them for standing time and then just dump the lot at the top of the cliffs for them to hand ball down in wheel barrows?  :)

Your not alone, Liza, my wife and I went looking for those mountains of the back of my Troy Dodds 45, turned into a great road trip... That 45 also holds a magic for me, it's a magic track, both sides but the logo design just hints of our there....!!!
